We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Real Estate Investment & Capital Markets team, the top-performing and most well-established desk at Cobalt. For over 23 years, we have been the trusted partner to brilliant clients across the Real Estate sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit within the Real Estate Investment & Capital Markets space, placing top talent into high-profile roles.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, leveraging a warm client list.
• Contribute to the growth of our team by identifying new business opportunities in a rapidly expanding market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within Real Estate or a related sector.
• A track record of success in business development and client relationship management.
• Ambition, resilience, and a proactive approach to building a successful desk.
