We are hiring a Principal Growth designer, located in Prague, London or Dublin.
About The Role
Principal Growth Designer – E-commerce/Multi brand
The web and E-commerce team's goal is to make it exceptionally easy for people around the world to discover, buy, and use our suite of products and services. As a result, our team is responsible for driving sustainable business growth by increasing acquisition, monetization, conversion, and retention throughout the end-to-end customer funnel. We use experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to guide our work and optimize the customer experience.
As a Principal Designer of E–commerce, you will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and retention teams to design our E-commerce products. You will focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) from a UI/UX perspective, turning users into loyal, paying customers through intuitive and effective design solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Create delightful experiences for users that meet drive conversion and business growth.
- Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production.
- Utilize and refine existing design systems, building upon them to optimize our website and drive growth.
- Develop and execute A/B or multivariate tests, analyze results, and suggest improvements based on those results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our customers' needs, segment-based behaviours, and potential growth opportunities. Provide data-driven solutions based on those insights.
- Help influence strategic decisions across all corners of our web presence based on experimentation insights and growth data.
About you:
- Demonstrated ability to design for monetisation, specialising in strategies that convert free users to paying customers.
- Has 5+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company, with a proven track record in enhancing monetization?
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work, experiments, and growth outcomes.
- Proven record in strategic thinking and decision-making based on data and user insights.
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and a deep understanding of the principles of UX/UI design.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using UX research, and data analytics to guide design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience and knowledge working with AEM a big plus
