Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business requirements. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

Responsibilities
As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Candidate should process expertise in;
- Construction Management, Portfolio Management and Collaboration applications
- Cost Controls, Contract Management, Document Control and Project Collaboration
- Scheduling techniques and tools
- Risk management and best practices
- Data Analytics and BI tools and techniques
- Building information model knowledge and experience
- Designing and implementing project management information systems
- PMI setup and operation, project management best practices, strateguc planning and execution
- Proven performance in pre-sales roles selling SaaS and on prem solutions from initial contact through product demonstration to close in addition to drafting RFP responses
- Experience in Construction and Engineering industry
- Experience in one or more of the following verticals;
- Engineering & Construction
- Manufacturing
- Oil & Gas
- Utilities
- Must be a technology evangelist and promoters of modernizing the construction industry
- PPM industry experience
- PPM software experience
- Understanding the construction industry across different verticals and roles (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, owner, etc)
- Knowledge / experience with integrations with other systems like ERP
- Experience in analyzing and responding to RFP's and bid proposals respectively
- Should understans business of the concerned region and should be comfortable interacting and presenting our solutions to the client / marketing events / seminars.
