About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 5 £25,992 - £27,711
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Main
Place of Work:Civic Office/ Home working

Description:
- To enhance positive and pro-active relationships with existing and prospective private landlord partners and letting agents to maintain and increase supply of Private Rented housing available to the Council.
- To help develop new partnerships to promote and increase the supply of properties and options available to Council clients.
- To help maintain a register of suitable temporary accommodation available to the Council to use as emergency housing.
About You
You will need:
Experience of working the private rented or social housing sector.
Experience of tenancy and property management.
Experience of Property management and inspection
Experience of working with people in a customer focussed environment
Working within a pressurised environment
Experience of record keeping and office systems
Experience of working with vulnerable clients
