We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead strategic engagements, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and influence key business decisions. This high-profile role offers a chance to work alongside global technology leaders and an energetic, cross-functional team spanning Infrastructure Support, Application Development, and Support Services.

What We’re Looking For

Experience and Expertise

• 15+ years of experience in Application Development Management and IT Infrastructure Services, with specialization in Digital Workplace Services.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, including Service Desk Engineers, and drive results through Service Management Processes (ITIL/ISO 20000), Service Level Management, and Continuous Service Improvement.
• Strong track record in Program Management and Delivery Management for application development and support programs.
• Experience in identifying and aligning project needs with business goals to ensure seamless delivery.
