Programme Administration provides support for the delivery of assessments, manages data relating to the student journey from registration through to award and graduation and supports academic teams in the delivery of their programmes.
We have an exciting opportunity for three Programme Administration Assistants to join the team.
About the role
As our Programme Administration Assistant, you will be part of a large and vibrant team, working closely with teaching colleagues. Your role will include servicing committees, supporting the assessment process, ensuring students receive timely and accurate information and decisions and provide advice and guidance on processes and regulations.
What you can bring
Working with assessment data and student records, you will be organised with strong attention to detail. You will be able to manage your own workload, demonstrating excellent planning and organisation skills.
You will have enthusiasm for delivering a great service, with a passion for learning new skills.
As part of a diverse team and working with a range of colleagues across the institution, you will have excellent communication skills, be able to develop good working relationships and a desire to work as part of a team.
You will be an innovative thinker, encouraged to identify opportunities for new approaches and processes to drive continual improvement.
