The Role
This is a full-time Programme Operations Executive (Maternity Cover, FTC) role at Finextra located in Greater London with flexibility for some remote work.
The programme operations executive responsible for coordinating the daily operations and administration of our client-facing projects and programme a to ensure smooth and flawless delivery.
The role will have a speciall focus on the delivery of our webinar series. This role includes project planning, client communication, administration and project reporting, with a focus on adhering to established processes while delivering high-quality service.
The role involves working closely with the client service leads and the succesful candidate will be at the forefront of our client relationships, for each project providing administrative support including coordinating diaries, tracking of key milestones and owning day to day communications with our clients. It will also involve coordination with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are planned prepared and delivered on time and to quality.

It would suit candidates with project management, client management or executive assistant experience. This role will report to the Head of Client Service.
What you will do
Project Delivery: Take ownership of pre-agreed project components, coordinating internally ensuring timely delivery while managing defined milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
Client-Facing Administration: Handle all administrative tasks related to client engagements, including booking meetings and providing post-meeting notes. Provide accurate reporting on project status and outcomes, coordinating with delivery teams to compile and refine feedback into client-friendly responses.
Reporting: Ownership of the client reporting function, managing the compilation and distribution of weekly client reports.
Process Improvement: While focusing on delivering tasks, identify areas for efficiency improvements as familiarity with processes grows.
