We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to provide Project support for the ongoing delivery of our Automotive projects.
Responsibilities
- Day to day project tracking against budget
- Providing reliable and comprehensive reports to the team
- Accurately maintain records and databases
- Support with the allocation of budgets
- Follow Expleo Business Processes to ensure compliance
- Raising Purchase Orders and matching payments
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Checking and chasing Engineer timesheets
- Full life cycle project administration to support a busy engineering team
Essential Skills
- A pro-active self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Detailed knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Teams
- A strong administrative background
- You will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Desired Skills
- Project Management qualifications such as APM or Prince 2 is not essential but would be an advantage
Experience
- Administrative or project related background would be desirable
