An opportunity has arisen for a
Project Coordinator to join the Programme Management department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.
About The Role
To plan coordinate and support the management of designated projects, to deliver agreed objectives including revenue, timing and deliverables.
What You Will Do
- Customer Relationship
- Maintain and manage strong working relationship with customers, at appropriate levels
- Act as point of contact to the customer related to the project
- Escalation
- Ensure that any relationship threatening decisions, whether technical, operational, commercial or affecting programme delivery, are communicated to the SPM or Executive Sponsor
- Project / Programme
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of small projects (or elements of a programme) giving consideration to:
- Technical requirements
- Achieving project / programme deliverables
- Project cost and timing
- Progress reporting (internal & external)
- Cash management & invoicing
- Comfortable with compiling all aspects of internal reports / forms (PAF and PRF)
- Process
- Understand and follow the Fortescue Zero process to realise project / programme delivery
- General
- Represent and promote the Fortescue Zero brand
- Provide event support when and if requested including travel nationally or internationally
- Attend annual Performance Management and Review Meetings and agree annual objectives and a Personal Development Plan (PDP)
- Ensure confidentiality is always maintained, in all aspects of this position
About You
- Experience of working in a programme delivery environment
- Maintenance of timing and cost plans
- Commercial awareness
- Some customer facing experience
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and preferably Project
