Job Purpose
As a Project Coordinator you will manage several residential solar orders at a time. Using your organisational skills to ensure each order deliveries within SLA and you will be motivated by customer satisfaction and delivering a quality solution.
Key Accountabilities
- Review order scope via Simpro and populate WIP tracker outlining order details.
- Partner Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources to ensure that order tasks are completed on time via our national subcontractors. Providing all relevant information required to deliver.
- Issue Management: Manage issues effectively whilst providing accurate customer communication.
- Customer Communication: Effective communication to keep the customer informed on project progress, changes, and issues within set SLA’s.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are understood and managed throughout the order journey. Inform areas within the business of upcoming milestones where support required such as procurement and invoicing.
- Timeline Adherence: Ensure that the order stays within product SLAs by tracking milestones and adjusting timescales where issues or delays rise.
- Change Management: Manage changes to order scope / schedule, ensuring that any adjustments are documented via Simpro and approved by Sales / Management / Customer.
- Team Support: fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure that the order meets or exceeds client expectations by delivering high-quality results on time.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including WIP trackers, Simpro, Mailboxes, Handover documentation, and Contractor packs.
- Applications: Apply for all relevant permissions required to deliver the order such as DNO applications, Land registry, and Notifications to relevant parties.
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience in project management or order processing roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a positive working culture.
- Experience in stakeholder management and customer relationship management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
