Overall scope of role:

A key member of the consulting and business operations team, with companywide visibility and impact. Committed to developing and delivering smooth project needs to meet specific objectives of our global clients and LSD Project Managers. 


Project Co-ordinator:

The role of the Project Co-ordinator is to coordinate and oversee office administrative duties while providing an extensive level of operational support to Engagement Managers, Project Managers and project teams across the London, Krakow, New York, Boston, Toronto, Vancouver and San Francisco offices.


Key responsibilities: To lead the company’s consulting project administration, oversee all CDAs/NDAs/RFIs/RFPs/SOWs; monitor and communicate key company data, and implement procedural and policy changes to improve the operational efficiency of Lifescience Dynamics. 


Proposal Administration:

  • Logging and codenaming new projects in Airtable
  • Sharing Airtable reports with senior managers to ensure compliance of Airtable across the Consulting team
  • Review draft project Statement of Work, editing milestones, financials and deliverables through coordination with project teams
  • Managing the Master Service Agreement process with clients to ensure legal compliance and negotiate contractual terms
  • Reviewing and managing Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (CDA/NDA) and non-compete process
  • Co-ordinate vendor RFIs (Request for Information) and completing vendor onboarding through client portals
  • Co-ordinate company-wide software and co-ordinate bespoke training to the team; managing user access for company databases


Operational Tasks

  • Maintaining extensive company-wide data records on proposals lost/won, monthly revenue and remaining targets; drafting monthly sales reports and quarterly financial review decks for President’s address
  • Kantata Mavenlink project management tool – to assist in managing business reports, analysis and other admin tasks
  • Assist with resourcing when needed and when the Resourcing Manager is out of office
  • Other responsibilities Proof reading wherever required by the team
  • Annually compile for medical conference and National holidays in G20 countries for two years in advance
  • Any adhoc requests from RM, FC and SLT


Qualifications and key skills required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, followed by Business Studies with Law, International Business
  • A Level in English literature or language and ideally in Maths
  • GCSE A grades or higher in Maths and English
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional eye for details
  • Intermediate skills and knowledge of MS Suite including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Administrative experience in previous roles/internships
