Project Engineer
Responsibilities
- Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion
- Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
- Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
- Responsibilities are within the Project/Program Management Function as a specialist
Qualifications
- Minimum HNC/HND Level, technical apprenticeship or suitable referenced experience in an engineering discipline. E.g., Mechanical Engineering
- Good communication skills
- Good inspection skills
- Familiarity with FOGT Connector Product lines or similar technology
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software packages
- Ability to make good decisions from remote locations
- Good Project Management/organisation skills
- Ability to work to deadlines in high pressure environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well as team
