MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The group represents sponsors, developers, equity investors, governments and financial institutions (including multilateral institutions, development banks and export credit agencies) in the procurement, development and financing, of a wide range of complex infrastructure and energy projects across the EMEA region and Central Asia.
By joining a global leader in the energy and infrastructure sectors and one of the largest teams of dedicated finance lawyers, you will receive support from Partners and senior lawyers devoted to developing and achieving your goals. Candidates will enjoy a uniquely dynamic range of international work across a variety of projects.
Candidates will have a broad diet of work working across sectors and geographies on project finance transactions. Key responsibilities will be advising on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of project financing documents until financial close, in addition to post-financial close support.
You will also have the opportunity to play an active role in business development activities, including networking events and supporting the production of pitch documents.
