Job Description

We are looking for Project Managers with experience in delivering complex projects to join our Defence sector, where we are working on an infrastructure upgrade programme to support the MODs future requirements in relation to both its warship and submarine programme.

Responsibilities

• Project/Package management of various substructure and superstructure construction packages associated with the 10D buildings. There would be a particular focus on civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Produce NEC4 scopes for various building packages.
• NEC4 Contract management (via Cemar) of various construction packages.
• Manage ECI support associated with the design of the 10D buildings.
• Develop the design of the buildings to ensure best practice and efficient delivery
• Ensure the works are designed, delivered and handover in a safe manor.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the construction programme.
• Report progress against the programme weekly to the client.
• Report progress monthly to the client (WBS).
• Day to day management of the main works contractor to ensure the works are progressing safely and inline with the programme.
• Review/Approve all prerequisite construction documentations such as RAMs, ITPS, TW’s etc
  
  

 

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Project/Construction/Quality Management
• Experience of working with Nuclear Services NEC3/4 Contracts
• APM Qualified preferably to Registered Project Professional (RPP)
