We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to work across our Procurement department at our site in Derby.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Project Manager you will work across the Procurement department, contributing to the continued development and success of the function by establishing best in class procurement processes and driving improvement projects through to successful implementation.
Duties
Reporting into our Senior Programs Manager the role will be varied by nature, covering a wide range of activities. Core duties will include:
- Managing the progress and implementation of specific projects as required
- Establish the project structure, resources, roles & responsibilities etc to guarantee the governance of each project
- Report on project status to key stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams as required
- Support the deployment of Procurement policies and processes
- Continuous improvement and process improvement activities
- Work with a global approach, with regular communications with US Procurement, Sales and/or Supply Chain teams
- Other ad hoc project driven tasks/reporting as directed by your line manager
About You
You must be able to demonstrate strong cross-functional Project Management experience (at least 2-4 years), ideally within a Supply Chain environment, with an understanding of how Procurement fits into wider Supply Chain processes.
You will have an understanding and experience of using MRP systems.
You will be able to demonstrate strong Excel skills and an understanding of the importance of data integrity.
You will be a strong communicator able to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively whilst being confident presenting information.
Ideally you will possess your CIPS qualification and a relevant Project Manager qualification.
Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.

- Starting salary between £42,000 and £50,000 dependent on experience
