We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join us at Octavius Infrastructure. Schemes are typically valued to £2m and will involve you delivering planned and technical interventions on a variety of bridge structures around the M25. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions, proud to be maximising the lifecycle of our road infrastructure.

You'll Be Working On

• Leading customer-focused project teams to exceed expectations, ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery.
• Fostering strong engagement with stakeholders and local communities to create positive project outcomes.
• Ensuring strict compliance with industry standards, contracts, and governance processes.
• Driving financial performance through effective cost control, accurate forecasting, and profit accountability.
• Promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all levels of the team.
• Mentoring and developing team members, sharing best practices to enhance skills and project outcomes.

You'll Bring

• Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor and managing a project portfolio of bridge structures.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies is an advantage.
• Significant experience in highways construction, specifically roads, bridges or structures.
• Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management.
• SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment
