A major loss adjusting practice is seeking to expand its Property Division by hiring two additional adjusters in the South West region

The positions are home-based, handling domestic and commercial losses valued up to £100,000

Adjusters will have autonomy in managing their cases, supported by an excellent desk-based team, with a manageable caseload of 60-70 losses to ensure a professional handling of portfolios in a low-pressure environment

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a general property adjusting role, with a willingness to manage a mixed caseload

While formal qualifications are not essential, progress with CII/CILA is preferred and will be rewarded with salary increases

The basic salary is budgeted up to £55-60,000, plus bonus, car, pension, and 25 days of holiday.
