What Will You Be Doing?

As a Proposals Writer, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Public Sector Frameworks: You'll support the development of a comprehensive suite of Public Sector Frameworks across Chubb Fire & Security, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Develop persuasive, client-focused content for complex proposals.
  • Work closely with proposal managers and subject matter experts to create winning strategies.
  • Conduct research and gather information from various sources to construct solid, evidence-based proposals.
  • Edit & proofread for overall quality of proposal content.
  • Coach and mentor junior bid team members.
  • Participate in bid/no-bid decisions and strategy meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • A solid understanding of the public services sector is essential.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Service Partnerships, including the role of Frameworks in the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage effectively at all business levels.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the capability to perform well under pressure and manage your own workload effectively.
  • A collaborative attitude with a willingness to share ideas and mentor junior staff members.
