The Opportunity
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to have a direct hand in the growth of our exciting business. The successful candidate will be involved with invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing supplier details. Along with this, you will liaise with other departments to ensure queries can be resolved.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise, process and monitor company POs
- Informing Leep Management that POs are awaiting approval / Good receipting
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Main point of contact for Leep’s suppliers (via telephone or email)
- Administer Leep’s expenses and process for payment
- Pay Leep’s suppliers in line with credit terms
- Reconciling supplier statements
About You
- Preferably 1 years+ transactional experience
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written to all levels of the organisation and external parties
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise work efficiently across a wide range if disciplines
- Strong IT skills for manipulation of data and presenting to both internal and external parties
