Based in St Mellons, Cardiff, we're growing fast and need an additional QA Analyst to help drive that growth. Our team is set to double soon - and you could be a key part of that journey

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development team members in an agile environment to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases tailored to iterative agile development
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them within sprint timelines
• Ensure test environments are optimised to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of automated testing frameworks
• Actively participate in agile practices, such as sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to represent quality assurance perspectives
  
  
  

Requirements


What You Bring:

• 3+ years' experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role, with hands-on exposure in testing web-based applications
• A strong understanding of agile methodologies and the role of QA within these frameworks
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise defect reports and comprehensive test cases and plans
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and evolving requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in agile, team-oriented environments
• Bonus points for experience with Postman, SQL or automation testing (using Playwright or similar tools)
