Role: QA Manual Tester

Location: Belfast, Hybrid working

Industry: Financial Services

Start Date: Mid February 2025

End Date: 3 year program of work, initial 6 month contract

We are looking for QA Manual Testers located in Belfast to work with our clients Market Technology organization, tasked with building and supporting platforms across front to back trade lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience

• At-least 3 years of experience in QA/Testing with a strong understanding of software testing principles
• Experience in manual testing, particularly in the derivatives trade capture space for Trade management role and Front Office Risk for Risk management role
• Good knowledge of databases such as Sybase, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is a definite plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working on medium-sized projects
  
  

Beneficial Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable knowledge of API structures, SQL, XML, JSON is an advantage.
• Experience of using industry standard toolsets such as Jira/Zephy
• Experience in the Financial industry in particular Equities, Risk and Trading.
