Your new role
- We are looking for a QC Incoming Goods Receipt Associate to join our team!
- This role will report directly to a QC Supervisor and will provide QC support for routine raw material inspection and release activities to produce cellular therapies, housekeeping, and documentation management.
- You will perform QC releases and inspection activities in accordance with cGMP.
- Identify and record non-compliance to specified requirements and take all actions necessary to contain affected products.
- Perform general record keeping and maintain document organisation within QC incoming goods release area.
- Review SOPs and update for QC incoming goods, release and inspection activities as required.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain manufacturing certificates (COC/COA).
- Liaise with QC and Project Management colleagues to determine required sampling plans/raw materials testing.
- Identify and report any Quality concerns or trends as necessary.
- Complete quality related documentation including QC records.
About You
- Experience of working within a QC incoming goods receipt/release area.
- An understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of GMP is desirable.
- A good standard of written English and the ability to write accurately and clearly.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to plan whilst delivering results to deadline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships.
- Able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders’ and customer expectations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a desire to continually develop and improve our processes.
