We are currently recruiting for a Quality Auditor to join the Technical Team at Bodmin site.

Working Hours will be Mon-Fri 05:30 - 15:30 pm

In your role you will ensure that products achieve highest food safety and quality standards for our customers.

You will lead by example and actively encourage all staff to take ownership of product quality and immediately report any quality or food safety issues.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Performing all aspects of on line checks of product, packaging, labelling and procedure, ensuring compliance with specification.
• Routinely checking documents to ensure accurate records are kept.
• Conducting intake inspection of ingredients and packaging including certificates of conformity and analysis to ensure company procedure is being followed.
• Assisting with external and internal audits.
• Investigating all types of customer complaints and reporting back to the QA Manager.
• Developing and maintaining effective and clear communication channels to ensure that other departments are fully briefed on new specifications and have an opportunity to gain information and offer constructive feedback.
• Providing support to the broader technical function in QA related activities.
• Auditing and monitoring processes making recommendations for any adjustments necessary to achieve product and process specification and procedure.
• Sharing information, knowledge, instructions, and advice whilst understanding the needs of the business, and being aware of implications which may be consequential following shared information.
• Undertaking other general admin tasks within department i.e. scanning, archiving.
