We're looking to hire a Quality & Sustainability Lead to join our Product team and help drive our sustainability mission and ensure our growing portfolio of D2C and Retail products meet the highest level of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and innovation in personal care, have strong data skills and ability to juggle multiple projects across a range of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will have a broad remit across Sustainability, Compliance and Quality.
This role will report into our Head of NPD and manage a Sustainability Executive. You will also collaborate closely with the rest of the Wild team, our suppliers, and customers to ensure we are delivering best in class sustainable personal care products.

Some of your responsibilities:
Sustainability focus:
- Work closely with product development, supply chain and marketing teams to integrate sustainable principles into product design, manufacturing, and end-of-life processes
- Define and lead Wild’s sustainability strategy and successful B Corp recertification in 2026
- Develop and maintain sustainability metrics, providing regular reports on progress towards sustainability goals
- Collaborate with marketing and comms teams to ensure that sustainability initiatives are effectively communicated to consumers and align with the brand’s internal and external messaging
- Be a champion of sustainability throughout the business and work on initiatives to create employee engagement on key strategic sustainability goals
Product Development & Compliance focus:
- Ensure Wild’s product range meets compliance criteria across our geographical and retail footprint. Be proactive in understanding the changing regulatory landscape and advocate for new certification when appropriate
- Manage Wild’s Compliance hub, ensuring that all documentation and certification is up to date and managed in an easy to access format
- Ensure our supplier auditing programme is on track, and our suppliers meet the highest ethical and environmental standards.Maintain our certifications across the supply chain and product range including Vegan Society, Leaping Bunny, B Corp
- Oversee the collection of PIF documentation from suppliers and ensure documentation is filed in the relevant product folders
- Alongside the Head of NPD, ensure all production samples are approved and meet with Wild's Quality & Regulatory requirements
Quality focus:
- Support the Supply Chain and Product team to ensure key quality requirements are met at every stage of the product lifecycle
- Manage the documentation and reporting of QC processes and monitor key quality KPIs
- Be responsible for quality escalation and action plan in the event of a quality failure
- Update and manage the Quality & Allergy documentation for customer concerns, highlight any products that may need to be reviewed for quality issues or reformulation
- Alongside Product Development, manage the internal product sample library to ensure all approved samples are logged and stored correctly for reference
🚀 What we need from you:

- 5+ years experience in either Sustainability, Regulatory, Quality preferably at a Cosmetic or Personal care brand
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and engage stakeholders in getting behind projects that meet our sustainability goals
- Strong grasp of best practice protocols and specialist expertise across Sustainability, Regulatory, Quality disciplines, i.e. AQL, Carbon accounting, PIF creation, Packaging review processes
- Time management: Excellent time management skills. Able to prioritise your multiple strategic goals effectively
- Strong organisation skills: the successful candidate will have to manage multiple databases and documentation processes
