We’re looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to work on our new exciting regeneration project, Byng Street, based on the Isle of Dogs.
Byng Street, a JV with our longstanding partner, Riverside, just a stone's throw from Canary Wharf Station. We are delivering over 200 new homes, split between private sale and affordable tenures, across a 32-story tower, town houses and low-rise blocks, with practical completion in 2027.
Working hand in hand with the Construction, Technical and Cost planning teams, you’ll be an integral part of procuring quality packages within budget.
You'll play a pivotal role in the commercial elements of the scheme: from procuring packages in sync with our tender event schedule (think a mix of internal and select external packages, including metalwork) to masterminding package management and having an input in the intricate realms of CVRs and cash flow forecasting. You’ll excel at fostering strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors alike. Your proficiency in excel and payment systems will be invaluable as you collaborate closely with the wider site team to manage construction packages to support the smooth and successful project delivery.
