Job Description Summary

GE HealthCare’s Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) division develops innovative molecular imaging agents and contrast media to enable precision medicine and a future where healthcare has no limits.

We have an internship opening in our R&D Operations Team. This role will give the successful candidate exposure to various aspects of the R&D function and how we manage the operational aspects of running a pipeline of development products, including process improvement activities, document management, portfolio and functional capacity management.

This internship offers a well-rounded experience for individuals interested in the behind-the-scenes workings of a global organization.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities:

• Support the cross functional team with tracking project timelines and deliverables
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes using Lean methodology
• Support the GxP Operations team with Clinical Study Essential Document Management
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
• Working with the Pollards Wood Site Events team to create engaging site events
  
  

Qualifications/requirements

• A relevant business degree at bachelor level
• Strong process improvement mindset, passion for quality.
• Demonstrable team-work, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Technical aptitude (i.e. able to read and comprehend technical documentation, ability to comprehend and execute procedures, demonstrated understanding of system documentation).
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure and time constraints
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
