Real Estate Finance Team

The team advises on an array of real estate finance matters, including investment acquisitions, joint ventures, and large-scale developments. They are known for their ability to provide seamless, multidisciplinary support, drawing on deep expertise in banking, real estate, tax, and more.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile real estate finance matters, collaborating with a team of experts and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on real estate finance transactions, including acquisition and development finance, debt restructuring, and mezzanine financing.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Managing due diligence and coordinating cross-border elements.
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development efforts.

Key Requirements

• 3+ PQE, with strong experience in Real Estate Finance.
• Exceptional drafting and transaction management skills.
• Ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, client-focused approach.
• Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent).

Candidates MUST be qualified solicitors, ideally qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
