Receptionist/Admin Assistant Opportunity at a Criminal Law Firm
We are seeking a dedicated and professional
Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic criminal law firm in London & Watford. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of a fast-paced and challenging legal environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients, your role will be critical in creating a welcoming and professional impression. You will also support the smooth running of the office by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and diary management.
- Assist in the daily opening of new matters and liaise with branches as required.
- Perform ad hoc duties to support the office and legal team as needed.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as a receptionist /Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm is advantageous.
