About You

We are looking for someone who is personable self-starter with the ability to project a positive ‘can do’ professional attitude at all times maintaining good working relationships. Someone is able to establish excellent working rapport within the team, business and with clients, with the ability to work under pressure.

In the role of Receptionist, we'll count on you to:

  • Answering and directing calls via the Switchboard
  • Booking and assisting with 28 meeting room spaces
  • Meeting and greeting all guests and showing them to their meeting room
  • Opening and distributing post
  • Assisting with Admin inbox
  • Maintaining weekly Fire warden / first aid schedule for London
  • Assisting with locker allocations / maintenance
  • Assisting with office events / Town Hall set ups etc
  • Organising and logging CPD’s
  • Booking and clearing meeting rooms
  • Assisting with booking travel for staff as required
  • Ordering and keeping supplies stocked for London office
  • Binding office documents
  • Ensuring notice boards are relevant and up to date

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional, ability to multitask a must
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
