Emr is 30-years old this year and we are recruiting for a highly ambitious recruiter to help grow our marketing & digital permanent business. This will be a warm desk!!!!
Responsibilities:
- Proactively build relationships with decision makers in your vertical
- Source candidates for live roles through use of linkedin, database and from warm relationships / candidates
- Key account management with existing and new clients through regular communication and client visits
- New business development through a variety of BD techniques, generating new jobs to ensure ongoing revenue opportunities for you and the wider business
- Negotiate fee rates in line with the company authority matrix
- Write and place effective recruitment advertisements
- Engage with your network to promote and support business initiatives
- Build a senior candidate network
- Meet sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan, personal objectives and monthly 1:1 meeting with manager
- Involvement in client pitches with support from management when necessary
Requirements:
- Ideally 1-2 years + experience in recruitment ideally marketing
- Track record of sustained business development through multiple channels / means
- Natural competitive spirit & commercial acumen
- Money motivated
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Demonstrable evidence of where you have excelled in a particular field/skill.
