The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates through networking, market research, and business development.
• Drive hiring success by sourcing and headhunting top talent to match clients' needs.
• Oversee the interview and offer process, ensuring both candidates and clients have a seamless experience.
