We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join us on a 12 month FTC. The Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in the Talent Acquisition process by supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. This position ensures smooth operations, effective communication and a positive candidate experience
Role & Responsibility
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to applicants regarding their application status.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media, and career sites.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for fit with the role requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Liaise with HR and other departments to set up equipment, access, and introductions for new employees.
- Handle invoice processing and vendor coordination, if applicable.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with ATS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or agency settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
