As a Recruitment Officer you’ll manage recruitment for a wide range of roles across a designated business area, throughout our UK offices. You’ll be responsible for the end to end management of recruitment for Manager and Senior Manager grade hires, from vacancy brief to an accepted off you will work with our hiring community, employer brand, candidate sourcing and recruitment operations teams to create the most effective recruitment strategy ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters alike.
To be successful in this role you’ll have proven experience of working as a recruiter in either an agency, RPO or internal recruitment environment. Preferably within a Professional Services or Financial Services environment.
What Your Days Will Look Like
As a Recruitment Officer you will:
- Liaise with Hiring Managers, Employer Brand and TA Senior Leadership Team to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Use creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify high calibre diverse external talent via direct sourcing, market mapping and advanced research
- Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, supporting a Talent Community that is skill aligned against PwC growth plans.
- Conduct role/industry market intelligence and candidate/competitor analysis, utilising available tools, to share with business stakeholders
This Role Is For You If
- Proven experience managing the full cycle of experienced hire recruitment, from vacancy brief through to offer, within a recruitment agency, RPO or in-house environment
- Evidence of using data/MI to provide insight, inform business decisions and create sourcing strategies
- Strong organisational and time management skills, experienced in managing multiple sources strategies within tight deadlines
- Commercially minded, able to understand how Sourcing/Talent Communities can support the requirements of stakeholders and the wider business
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at a range of levels both remotely and face to face
