The Role: Regional Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our established and dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on driving growth and building strong relationships with local advisers and firms, acting as a trusted partner to promote our market-leading life and pensions products to deliver on sales revenue targets. Success in this role will rely on your ability to connect with advisers, work collaboratively with colleagues to grow your business, and continuously deepen your knowledge of the evolving market to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • To deliver sales revenue target for regional sales team across our proposition
  • Identify opportunities to retain and grow funds under management
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with advisers and firms, ensuring M&G is their go-to partner for a range of our product solutions
  • Ensure all interactions and sales activities align with financial services regulations and M&G’s high standards of integrity
  • Use your judgement to strengthen our positive risk and control culture, by identifying, assessing and managing risk within your business area
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional support to advisers
  • Leveraging your market knowledge and to support regional business objectives

What are we looking for:

Qualifications And Experience

  • CII/PFS Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential
  • Proven experience in intermediated distribution within a life insurance or asset management context
  • Strong understanding of life and pensions products, regulatory frameworks, and the competitive landscape
