Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective business unit strategy covering operational management and development within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships within the Europe, Caspian, and Sub-Saharan Africa region.
• Identify, cultivate, and deliver opportunities for business growth and acquisitions aligned with the company's global enterprise strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor and customer activity, reporting back on market opportunities and achievements.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director to develop regional business development and marketing strategies.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Background in Directional Drilling, MWD, LWD, or Surveying
• Proven track record in business development within the energy sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel regularly within the ESSA region
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
