Regional Manager Opportunity

Crown Care Group is seeking an Experienced Regional Manager to oversee and support our portfolio of luxury purpose-built care homes across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, and Nottinghamshire.

About You

We’re looking for a candidate with:

• Proven Regional Management Experience in the health and social care profession and strong regulatory knowledge. 
• CQC Excellence: Proven ability to maintain or achieve Good/Outstanding ratings.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in inspiring and developing high-performing managers and their care teams.
• Commitment to Quality: A focus on delivering exceptional social and clinical care.
• Development Expertise: Skills to enhance the performance of newly commissioned homes.

A nursing qualification is preferred but not essential.
