Overview

We are recruiting for a Regional Coach to oversee all store operations in our East of England region stores. Areas include Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and Home Counties.

Regional Coaches have overall accountability for creating a strong performance culture within the stores on their regions, connecting our products with our customers and making them and our colleagues feel good in the process. C ollaborating daily with our People Partners to ensure they identify and develop the capabilities of all colleagues in our retail stores. Focus will be on improving colleague engagement and creating a psychologically safe environment with diverse teams promoting enriched thinking and enhanced performance.
