About the Team
At TikTok, our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Global Business Solutions, SMB Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small, medium, and mid-market Growth businesses, providing education, guidance, and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the SMB Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the SMB Sales and SMB Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, and continually optimizing performance-driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. We are creative entrepreneurs at heart, ready to dig-in and capitalize on the potential and opportunities of the platform and its creative community.
About the role:
We are seeking an accomplished marketer to lead the Regional SMB Marketing Team that will focus on EUI markets (with a focus on UK, DACH and France) in Dublin, London or Hamburg. This is an opportunity to build a growing team and make a significant contribution by delivering world class efforts that connect with SMBs and drive to action on our platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a diverse team of marketing managers across different markets from UKI, to Germany to deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns from brand awareness to drive incremental revenue.
- Partner with different internal stakeholders at global and regional levels, including SMB Product & Sales organizations to drive growth through a mix of marketing activities including email marketing, events, partnerships and participation at industry events in the local markets.
- Acute understanding of SMB business needs, TikTok & competitors' SMB product solutions and opportunities for scaled marketing solutions.
- Balance both creative and analytical interpretation of data to design inspiring and effective marketing initiatives.
- Drive team OKR process and ongoing reporting, alignment with key stakeholders; and represent the team and business aligned strategic needs in annual and bi-annual planning.
- Track progress towards goals, identify and mitigate potential risks, and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with Global SMB marketing counterparts to pilot new campaign approaches and channel strategies.
- Strong people management and experience in regional coordination.
- Advocate for team needs upper management; and represent the team globally building best practices, sharing learnings and surfacing opportunities for global scalability.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, SMB marketing, partnerships and media background preferred;
- Acute understanding of SMB business needs, TikTok & competitors' SMB product solutions, including working with marketing data and insights;
- Experience in building marketing campaigns that drive performance marketing outcomes;
- Experience in team & people management;
- Experience working with both B2B & B2C customers in a regional environment;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking;
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments and regions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Business fluency in additional European languages
- Previous experience leading in an ambiguous and complex matrixed environment, while driving results
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build, manage and influence agencies/ virtual teams (e.g. partners, agencies, remote marketing teams) and interface effectively with and influence different management levels.
