We are looking for a hands-on experienced Regional Regulatory Support Officer who is confident with CQC Regulatory Compliance, Troubleshooting, Leadership and Health and Safety.

Regional Regulatory Support Officer Job Role

With substantial relevant experience and outstanding people management skills, you must have the ability to build effective relationships within the teams and create and maintain strategies within branches in order to fulfill their full potential.

Working closely with the Operational Managers and Compliance Officer this exciting opportunity to become part of the companies business growth and maintenance of our current services is a fantastic way for an existing Team Lead, Deputy Manager or Care Manager to learn the operational side of the business.

Regional Regulatory Support Officer Essential Criteria

• Experienced in caring for older people, learning disabilities, mental health. autism and other complex needs.
• A capable and confident leader with the drive and interest to grow and shape a team
• Experienced in leading a successful Homecare Service
• Confident in your knowledge of CQC Regulations and Compliance.
• Passionate about delivering safe, first-class, person centred care.
• A positive motivator and leader
• Completed Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent
• Hands on team player who will not shy a way from challenging situations.
• Unflappable and able to deal with pressured situations maturely and calmly
• Well organised and familiar with Outlook Excel Word and Roster/ECM Systems
• At least 2 years mid level management experience is advantageous
• Someone who is driven and passionate enough to understand that a successful leader is not always in the office and is happy to meet clients and motivate staff in the field aswell.
