Regulatory Consultants - Manager - Conduct/Consumer Duty

Miryco Consultants is working with a market-leading boutique RegTech Consultancy who are looking for ambitious and dynamic Regulatory consultants to join their team at the Manager seniority grade.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company in growth mode, with excellent exposure to different projects and teams, as well as the opportunity to learn from some of the most well-respected names in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in guiding clients and the business along FCA regulatory guidelines.
• Proactively monitoring regulatory updates and emerging risks.
• Staying informed of industry best practices and regulatory guidance.
• Developing and delivering compliance training, policies, and procedures.
• Engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders, clients, employees and regulators.

Experience:

• 3+ years’ relevant experience within financial services.
• Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty project experience preferred.
• Asset Management and/or Investment Bank experience desirable.
• Excellent academic background.
