We’re looking for a pro-active and driven Reinstatement Manager to ensure our operations run seamlessly and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of tarmac gangs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
• Manage resources, materials, transport, and equipment efficiently to minimise waste and maximise productivity.
• Calculate tarmac quantities, place orders, and maintain strict cost controls.
• Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results while upholding JSM’s values as a frontline ambassador.
• Conduct site-specific risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to project specifications, addressing any issues promptly.
• Investigate and resolve defect notifications in collaboration with local authorities.
• Perform weekly audits, plant checks, and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
  
  

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong leadership skills.
• Proven expertise in tarmac surfacing, reinstatement, and core testing (black and white top).
• Strong understanding of NRSWA standards, Sections 58, 74, and 81, and defect management.
• IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in tarmac and reinstatement.
• CSCS and/or EUSR accreditation.
• NRSWA Supervisors certification.
• STS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).
• Full UK driving licence.
