About The Role

As Responsible Investment Reporting & Implementation Manager you will report into the Head of Responsible Investment, and work closely with of the Responsible Investment team, helping with management of core projects and owning ongoing processes, concentrating on our regulatory and reporting commitments.
You will use your knowledge of responsible investment practices and skills in project management to support our organisational commitments and our investment solutions with specific RI-related objectives.
The role will involve managing and coordinating our responses to critical RI-related disclosures such as SDR, TCFD, Stewardship Code, and UNPRI, working collaboratively with the RI team and internal stakeholders and ensuring that we our responses are compliant, consistent, timely and efficient. In addition, we will expect you to highlight process improvements and synergies between reports, and create a holistic, streamlined approach to handling regulatory reporting. Some content writing may be necessary, as well as gathering data and content from internal experts.
Outside of the regulatory sphere, you will be involved in managing other Responsible Investment projects. For example, Sustainability training and Responsible investment policy creation.
You will have autonomy to operate with limited oversight whilst ensuring quality output and recommendations are communicated and presented clearly, in a timely manner.
About You
To be a successful candidate you will need sustainability and project management experience, preferably within financial services, and be collaborative and highly organised, with knowledge of core concepts for responsible investment. Relevant qualifications in this field would be beneficial. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of RI regulatory and non-regulatory requirements and disclosures and are aware of how ESG information and data is used in investment processes.
You will have strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, and the ability to work across multiple teams with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for demonstrable experience of leading and managing projects, analysing and presenting data and findings, and experience of implementing new process and procedures.
