What the Reward Analyst role entails.
Reporting to the Head of ER and Reward, this role is instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of pay and grading structures; developing reports and leading on analysis relating to cyclical reward activity; analysing and interpreting complex data, benchmarking and role evaluation; and supporting reward projects.
The skills and experience required for the role of Reward Analyst include.
Significant job-related experience within reward, reporting on complex reward data, using Excel or Business Objects techniques to present information clearly. Experience of analysing complex Reward data, able to transform complex data into clear, actionable information.
