What’s the role?
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Statutory Nuisance Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the effective response to ASB and statutory nuisance issues within the community. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, to develop and implement strategies that promote a safer, more harmonious environment for all.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in managing or leading teams dealing with ASB or statutory nuisance.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and strategies.
Location
The job is primarily based in Holbeach Road, Catford, SE6 4TW, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Special conditions
- Extensive working knowledge of anti-social behaviour and statutory nuisance practice
- Weekend working is required for this job
- The job is subject to an enhanced DBS check

Salary
£58, 752 - £60, 795 per annum (P07)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
