Description

NCH are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator with knowledge of Legionella and water treatment practices to join our ChemAqua Sales Support Team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our customers and sales teams by addressing queries, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with compliance-related matters.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position to cover maternity leave, and will be hybrid based at our head office in Bilston, West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for internal and external customer queries and requests via generic mailboxes especially related to customer Legionella compliance.
  • Aid the sales team with administration tasks
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers and third party providers.
  • Deliver timely, relevant and accurate data to key stakeholders as required.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Increase productivity and profitability through use of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with Managing Director, TMMs, Business Support Manager and Compliance manager in support of improvement projects.
  • Achieve and maintain both individual and departmental productivity, quality and service standards.
  • Take ownership of issues and resolve wherever possible applying root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to avoid repeat incidents.

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence with all compliance standards and operate with integrity at all times.
  • Ensure Legionella schedule compliance
  • Ensure adherence to NCH Europe's health and safety standards, to protect the wellbeing of colleagues.
  • Adhere to and drive NCH Europe's core values

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure swift resolution of issues that may prevent positive customer and stakeholder experience.

  • Ability to work unsupervised, use initiative & work well under pressur
  • Experience of managing and ensuring compliance to UK Legionella tasks (Essential).
  • Experience of report generation with strong attention to detail (Desirable).
  • Experience of working in a Sales driven environment (Essential).
  • Experience of working in a high pressure environment (Desirable).
  • Experience of communicating to key stake holders (Desirable).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, customer relationship management software and sales order management systems (Essential)
