We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator for our London worldwide sales team (WSO).

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Support and Client Communication

  • Assist with all office sales efforts, including responding to general inquiries and client requests
  • Communicate with clients, on-property hotel managers, employees, and Corporate Office on a regular basis
  • Assist clients in the absence of the Account Directors
  • Handle property collateral and property image requests
  • Assist with co-ordination of destination specific webinars promoting hotels to a target audience of clients
  • Assist with co-ordination of sales appointments for Account Directors and visiting sales employees from property
  • Assist with coordination of WSO managed customer events in conjunction with other European WSOs using Marketo marketing tool
  • Catering orders for sales calls attended by Account Directors and/or visiting on-property Sales employees
  • Maintain and update New Development information for client presentations
  • Download quarterly global sales presentations and Account Review templates when uploaded to shared sales tool

Analytics and Reporting

  • Team Sales Systems Specialist (SSA) assisting with group market reporting using SFA and SQL to prospect new and convert existing group business in the pipeline
  • Weekly reporting on team KPIs and performance versus set goals
  • Bi-monthly revenue reports for Group, Corporate, Travel Industry segments
  • ROI calculations for Four Seasons hosted sales activity

Administration

  • Manage database of leads, companies, contacts, prospects, sales activities and traces (Salesforce.com)
  • Maintain sales contact list for all hotels
  • Provide main telephone coverage for the office
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory control
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process bills and invoices for the office
  • Handle expense reports for Account Directors, and senior managers
  • Oversee office calendar by updating meetings and events
  • Co-ordination and ordering of client gifts
  • IT support and trouble-shooting for the office

What You Bring

  • Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use correct grammar and structure in all interactions - in writing, face-to-face and by telephone.
  • Proficient computer skills: Excel, Powerpoint and Word required with knowledge of Salesforce.com and Lotus Notes advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key business contacts at all levels of seniority.
  • Pro-activity, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with the ability to manage and prioritise work with minimal supervision.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located in central London, Level One, Eagle House, 108 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6EE.
