The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Air IT, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth journey, working hand-in-hand with our New Business and Marketing teams. Your mission? To keep our sales team’s calendars brimming with meaningful introductions and help propel our business to new heights.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage creatively with target businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Use consultative questioning to understand prospects’ needs and showcase the value of Air IT’s services.
  • Monitor buyer intent signals and leverage tools to enhance the prospect journey.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and re-engage with previous inquiries.
  • Network, build relationships, and generate attendance at events and webinars.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to seize opportunities and share compelling content on LinkedIn.
  • Support the sales team with meeting preparation, diary management, and travel arrangements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets, ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout.


What You’ll Bring:

Essential:

  • Exceptional communication skills, especially over the phone and on video.
  • Proven ability to build strong, lasting business relationships.
  • A results-driven attitude and excellent listening skills.
  • Confidence navigating technology and digital tools.


Desirable:

  • Experience in B2B sales or the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or Lead Forensics.
  • A background in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
