About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the bridge between our marketing and sales teams. Your role is crucial in engaging prospects, building trust, and nurturing leads until they’re ready to meet with our solution sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Engage: Reach out to cold, warm, and hot leads via phone, email, and social media.
- Build Relationships: Research and connect with key decision-makers to develop trust and interest.
- Nurture Leads: Stay in regular contact with prospects, sharing valuable information and keeping us front of mind.
- Book Sales Appointments: Schedule meetings for the solution sales team with opportunities.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM and track progress.
- Collaborate with Microsoft: Develop strong relationships with Microsoft’s sales teams to encourage lead sharing.
- Attend Marketing Events: Support marketing efforts by recruiting delegates and attending events.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven SDR Experience: Strong background in IT or complex, consultative sales environments.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Track record of generating and nurturing leads from mid-market to enterprise-level businesses.
- Relationship Building: Confident in contacting prospects via phone and social media.
