We are working with a scaling Insurtech with a focus on the London Insurance Market, to hire for a pivotal role with their growth plan. As the Sales Director you will be reporting directly into CEO to drive growth, foster key relationships, and contribute to redefining the industry through data-driven solutions and innovative technology.
In this role, you will take ownership of the sales pipeline, working to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your ability to lead fee negotiations and deliver value to both new and existing customers will be instrumental in achieving individual and organizational targets.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your responsibilities as you work closely with data and technology teams to develop scalable and impactful solutions. You’ll also be a key representative of the organization at industry events, leveraging insights and feedback to propose innovative strategies and further strengthen market positioning.
