Ultimate Experience is one of the most in-demand seasonal venue hire and event management companies in London. Our curated portfolio of unique venues in the city of London provides our clients with exclusive access to some of the most sought-after spaces in the capital.
Key responsibilities
Generate leads and sell event packages / shared party nights at Ultimate Venues by reactively responding to client enquiries and proactively identifying and targeting potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the wider sales and events teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials that maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, ensuring all agreements are profitable and aligned with company objectives, while also managing payment schedules and follow-ups.
Consistently achieve personal sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by your line manager, by actively managing your sales pipeline, converting leads into sales, and continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
Track and report sales performance metrics and profitability on a regular basis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement to help achieve and exceed sales targets.
Act as an ambassador for Ultimate ensuring that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions with customers.
